Tim Hortons

My girlfriend visits this location everyday, lately she goes there to order her regular coffee either chocolate milk and they constantly state they don’t have any in store, absolutely ridiculous poor service, if a manager can’t get their butt across the street to buy some for the location at the Esso or Circle K across the street until their order arrives, why are these people managers,nAbsolutely ridiculous customer service, do they even know what customer service is for those who are local regulars.nTim Hortons is completely garbage these days, this needs to change.nAbsolutely no reason for it.

Service was quick, staff was friendly, the manager welcomed us in person and was great with my daughter. Food was brought to our table and everything was fresh. Great service overall

Absolutely terrible. I asked for a double toasted bagel with cream cheese pretty simple and got this. Couldn’t understand a word the guy said working. Hygiene was disgusting. took 10 mins to get this out. Tim Hortons is a joke.

Our visit to Tim Hortons was truly enjoyable. The team was professional, kind, and attentive, the service was quick and efficient, and the food exceeded our expectations. Thanks to everyone at Tim Hortons for such a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend stopping by; it’s definitely worth it.

My fiancé and I pulled up today and got an ice chai and an ice cap, the first lady who served us was really nice Blonde, super sweet but the second lady Foreign showed us a straw, looking dumbfounded and asked if we had any??? and when we said no and asked for one nicely, she just handed it to us while staring at us, looking at us like we just said the craziest thing she's ever heard . When my fiancé said thank you have a great day! she just turned away and started doing something else. This seems to be a common occurrence now of these people either not hearing what I'm saying because of accent/language barriers and getting my order wrong or just being rude and ignorant in general- even after I try to be nice and go above and beyond with manners To everybody, as I'm also in customer service I've lived in Petawawa my whole life and ever since we started having these people take these jobs the customer service has been absolutely abhorrent.
