I was in for a quick coffee this am and the young guy that served me was very happy to be there he greeted me with a happy hello and a welcoming smile he listened to my order and got it correct also I watched him assist the elderly couple ahead of me and I was very impressed with his patience serving them I wish I had of caught his name but I think he was fairly new as he was introducing himself I other staff Tim’s you need more enthusiastic people like this young man great job

Few French vanilla cappuccinos turned out to water. If they weren't so hot in the beginning and the fact that I drive to Petawawa it would be a easy swap out. Head office, this is an ongoing problem, is it yours or the stores? Even a free timbit would make driving back seem like less of a hassle.
