McDonald's

The coffee from this McDonald's has been abysmal lately. It has been hot water with a hint of burnt coffee for the last month. I have identified this issue online, and in person with one of the swing managers. I was told that the issue had been identified, but that higher management refuses to fix the problem. Instead they continue to send out disgusting coffee. I do not blame the staff at McDonald's as they are trying to do the best they can with the cards they have been dealt. But the management needs to be held accountable for their actions or in this case in action. To send out a product that is known to be faulty and well below any reasonable standard is adhorrent.

In the evenings if you want a correct, hot like, MacDonalds meal I recommend getting out of your car, go inside and tell them you want it fresh. I stay in the car and get my wife to go in because I don't want to make someone cry while at work. After she orders, she has told me stories about the attitude change in senior employees. In one story the attitude trickled down to the only new young lad operating the cash, taking the orders, counting and changing monies, packing the orders, getting drinks, delivering the orders, still smiling, while being berated by senior employees. Is this why smiles aren't free anymore?

food not so good today. service was good eating area was very cold returned french fries because they were cold no place to change a toddler BUT THE WORST WAS THE COFFEE. We ordered 3 dark roasts “to go” after we, 3 adults and two children had lunch inside. The coffee, which is usually good, was old. None of us could finish it. It was sooo disappointing. We won’t return.

Sometimes food is good and service is fast. Most of the time service is painfully slow, especially later in the evening (8pm and on). I have went through the drive through in the late evening and waited for half an hour to get ancient fries and a mediocre burger. I have never seen a chain restaurant get orders wrong as often as this particular McDonald's location...almost always get a single quarter pounder when asking for a double...don't understand how this is so difficult...

I'm only giving 4 stars because we did find a hair in our sandwich but they apologized and replaced immediately. We have been there many time without issue and the services was pretty quick.
