Tim Hortons

I'm not that person to leave any bad review on anything whatsoever, but this one felt that it had to.nI normally order either a cilantro lime or jalapeno chicken bowl from any Time Hortons that I go to. But the restaurant from this location left me a bit down. I ordered a jalapeno chicken bowl, the food portion that I got, compared to other locations was really small, and they missed my jalapenos. When I gave it back to fix it up, they only put 3 small slices.nHonestly speaking, it hurts me to say this but I feel this wasn't worth the 10 bucks I paid for.

Normally I'd give a higher score..........today 4 coffees that were short and 2 of which had close to 3 inches of coffee missing in a large. All four were sour and had flakes of old expired cream on top. Dumped all of them out........I see this all the time at Tims in other locations also........gotta wonder what else happens in the background.....

That is the most disorganized Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've been going to that place for years and it has all gone downhill! The food is disgusting and half the time my drinks aren't even made properly. The staff looks absolutely miserable and have an attitude to go along with it. That place has become so cold and uninviting that I cannot be bothered to go there anymore.

I went to this Tim’s at 6pm tonight. Not the first time my order has had an issue. My first initial visit a month ago I asked for an everything bagel toasted plain cream cheese and I got an everything bagel that was cold not toasted with cream cheese. It didn’t even feel slightly warmed. Today I asked for the same thing with a small peach quencher. The bagel tasted like they put chemical cleaner in it, my tongue began to feel numb immediately after one bite. I had to throw the whole thing away, such a waste of time, money, and food. On top of my peach quencher having weird crumbs at the bottomnOf it. I know they have the pressure of drive thru times but it’s not an excuse to cut corners and potentially position customers. I won’t be back here as they don’t know how to handle food with proper care. If I could give no stars I would. I’m just hoping there are no negative side effects that follow after ingesting cleaner from their food. Tim Hortons Clean your bagel knives with water not cleaner!!!!!
