Big shoutout to the young man at the counter and lady in the back making food today Dec 10, 10:30 am. They were so accommodating and had amazing teamwork! This was honestly the best and freshest meal I’ve gotten at Tim Hortons in my whole life. I ordered a croissant based BLT see photo. They LAYERED that stuff. It was so good .nnP.S. only 4 stars because drive through was closed due to snow. But hey, that made me go inside and order the best food ever .

Got this chai latte from this location. It was half filed . Staff should be trained how to fill the cups . Terrible experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones. I’m not that kind of person, even when a business screws up. I tend to just keep quiet and suck it up. But not this time. I’m done.nnFor the last two years, I've been on the hunt for a Tim’s that can simply make a decent iced coffee and sandwich. Just when I think I’ve found one that’s consistent, they screw up days later, leaving me to try another, hoping I get lucky.nnI cook for my household every day. Sometimes I make things I know they like, even when I don't, and end up eating something light myself. Tonight was one of those nights. One egg wasn't cutting it, and by 10:00 p.m., I figured I'd get a sandwich from Tim’s. There's a McDonald's two minutes from my house, but I drove the eight minutes to Tim’s because I didn’t want garbage sitting in my gut all night.nnNow, let’s be real—Tim’s sandwiches aren’t anything to rave about. They're overpriced, but it’s the only thing quick and nearby.nnSo I hit the drive-thru at 10:30 p.m., no other car in sight. I order, I pay. The lady hands me my iced coffee, and while I wait for my sandwich, I can see inside. Every now and then I glance over, wondering what’s taking so long. I see the lady laughing with the person making my sandwich, who’s out of view. I shrug it off. She finally hands it over, and I’m on my way.nnHalfway home, I go to take a bite. The whole thing falls apart, all over my lap. Ranch sauce everywhere.nnAs you can see in the photo, instead of telling me they were out of regular buns, they slapped a long strip of ham across two ciabatta buns, wrapped it up, and thought that was a good idea.nnLook, I would’ve been fine if they had just made two individual sandwiches and actually cut the ham in half, but clearly, not a single brain cell was working in there tonight.nnThen, I take a sip of my iced coffee—pure cream. That’s it. No coffee, just cream.nnThat’s the last $10 Tim’s is getting from this family. I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 16, back when my girlfriend worked at a Tim’s and I had my first sip of coffee.nnI have a Jura machine at home that makes perfect coffee at the press of a button. I didn’t go to Tim’s for the coffee; I went for the outing and to actually have someone else make me something for a change. The coffee was never great, but at least it used to be consistent.nnNow, for the last five years, every trip feels like a gamble. We literally do a drumroll before that first sip, wondering if they messed it up again.nnI’m done. If you’ve read this far, I know you’ve experienced the same betrayal. The quality of food and service has tanked. It’s not coming back.nnTim Horton is rolling in his grave over what’s become of his legacy.nn28-year Tim’s customer, signing off.

This Tim Hortons is always my first choice! The restaurant is spotless, service is quick and efficient, and the food is consistently fresh. The staff are personable and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I even go out of my way to come to this location over others—it’s worth it every time!

The drive through staff were not friendly this Sunday morning and the egg scramble tasted like curry. I'm not sure why the egg tasted that way. ‍
