I literally spend over 30$ a day, just on Tim Hortons every morning; I'll purchase for me, my friends and my family. This location fortunately processes the orders fairly quickly, how ever, when it comes to quality; they strongly lack service in that aspect! What is the point of fast service if I don't get what I ordered? 3 out of 5 times there will be something wrong with my food that I ordered or the coffee will be missing cream or sugar... I could easily go to the other two locations near this one, (speedvale &a silvercreek-eramosa and Stephenson) but this one has a fast drive through where as the eramosa location it takes longer but the food is mostly spot on. I normally don't do bad reviews unless something really bugs me but as a coffee drinker, my coffee has to be perfect and it's very inconvenient to go back and change it or buy some sugar from shoppers... I'm not happy and I don't think I will be coming back, sorry.
