1 star because 0 isn’t an optionnnThis Tim Hortons is an absolute joke. We got two coffees and two bagels and somehow had a $25 bill. They made sure to charge us for extra bacon, extra sauces, and then didn’t even bother giving us what we asked for. What we got was sloppy, wrong, and a sad excuse for food.nnThe staff? Completely clueless. It’s like they’re competing for “World’s Worst Service.” Allergic to competence. No attention to detail, no care, just blank stares and a bill that makes you feel robbed. Honestly, how do you manage to screw up coffee and bagels? That’s literally your entire brand.nnThis location is proof that not all Tim Horton’s are created equal, some are just black holes of mediocrity where money, time, and sanity go to die. If you enjoy overpaying for food made by people who don’t care, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go to ANY other Tim’s in town.

This Tim's is efficient and provides great food. There is a gentlemen who works the drive-through named Cranton real first name Damien I think, who is the best ambassador to Tim Hortons I've ever met. He seems so pleasant and professional, it is a delight to be served by him. I can't help think that this individual could be leveraged to a higher strata with the Tim Hortons brand, to help bring similar customer experiences to other locations. My 'hats off' to you Cranton Damien, you make my day!

I live near this Tim’s so I often go there to get food but lately I have been repeatedly frustrated with the food and service. One staff member in particular often has a rude attitude towards customers. For example he rolls his eyes when you order certain items, is unhelpful when ordering and overall acts like you are in inconvenience to him. This Tim’s is also always out of stock of big items. For example, the last three times I’ve been here they have been out of chicken, bacon, potato wedges, bakery items, etc, in the afternoon. Either there is a stocking issue or staff don’t want to do their job I’m not sure. Today I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and they said they were out of bacon so I said just don’t include the bacon, and the wrap they gave me did not even have any sauce. I also tried to order potato wedges, and again they were out of stock. Finally when I pulled up to the window the staff took around 10 minutes to give me my order, just for one wrap. I would recommend you simply drive the extra 5 mins to stone road Tim Hortons for a better experience overall.

Today I ordered a slow-cooked chicken wrap at this location. I briefly used the washroom, and when I returned my order was ready. The staff member did not acknowledge me, avoided eye contact, and placed my food on the staff side of the counter instead of handing it to me or placing it on the customer pickup counter. This is not acceptable customer service. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and as a result I chose not to accept the order. I expect better service from Tim Hortons.

These guys are amazing!! I went thru the drive thru and was gone in no time. In fact, they had my order ready by the time I got to the window. The staff are all super friendly and it appeared as if they were having fun and enjoying their jobs. What a wonderful experience it was!!
