Tim Hortons

I went there today before I went to my bus stop to order a snack and something warm to drink. The counter attendant was speedy in service store was clean. However there were items that were mislabeled. When I got my treats I looked in the bag and to my surprise it was not what I had asked for according to the label in the display case. The shift manager then pulled out the display case swapped the labels around and pushed the case back in. I left the store with the wrong items in my hand, no correction on the item that I DID want…even when I did state what I did want. This location is notorious for having thins miss labeled, lack of items in the store and bad service. I highly recommend you avoid this location.

I asked for a latte in the Tim's reusable cup I bought and they made it in a disposable cup and told me it can't be done in the reusable cup while pouring it from the disposable into my reusable cup, throwing the disposable away. So either Tim's selling reusable cups to be used in their stores is a scam or the staff at this location isn't trained properly and borderline impolite.nnNo Tim's, I am not going to waste anymore time on this issue reaching out to you with more details, with this review, you have the location, approximate time and all necessary details on the issue. I did a walk- in today at this location and like other customers i had the bad experience. An employee named Navneet was forcing us to have to wrong drink that we never ordered. She looked like frustrated from the work and kind of putting it over to the customers. The atmosphere wasn’t giving a good vibe.

This is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever seen. Staffs are not friendly. They never smile to customers when they served food. They look rude to me. this place doesn’t seem that they are in Canada. Store is small size. There are some sitting area and drive through. Washroom and store are clean. Food price is reasonable. There are some parking spots in front of the store including accessible parking.

By far the worst tims in guelph. It has been the 5th time since they messed up my coffee. I dont know how difficult is it for you to make an order that is exactly on the screen whereas all the other tims manage to do such task with such ease? Moreover, drive thru staff is so rude.
