Whoever was working the drive through window at 9:20 on January 3/26 was absolutely miserable. No hello, good morning, how would you like to pay, have a nice day etc. She just stuck the debit terminal out at me and thrusted my drinks at me. After I got my drinks I said “thank you so much, have a great day” and I got an attitude filled facial expression. Beyond horrible treatment.

I was in-store with only 3 people ahead of me in line, but it took over 20 minutes just to place my order. Stop prioritizing the drive thru where people are sitting in their warm and comfy cars and start prioritizing the people STANDING IN LINE. 20 minute wait just to place my order when it’s only 3 people ahead of me is embarrassing.

This is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever seen. Staffs are not friendly. They never smile to customers when they served food. They look rude to me. this place doesn’t seem that they are in Canada. Store is small size. There are some sitting area and drive through. Washroom and store are clean. Food price is reasonable. There are some parking spots in front of the store including accessible parking.

Great customer service. Tim Horton's is one of our favorites. I picked up a large black coffee every weekday on my way to work in Brampton.

I frequent this place and I am always treated very kindly by Becky. She keeps that place running and seems to be a very hard working and dedicated manager. Several of the staff here are exceptional. Well done!!
