Tim Hortons

Bill for over 31$ with unhappy face sever. Maybe because I bought so many of food? And when i just check the bag food, they just look at me with face really upset. Did i do it wrong? Or i came in busy time thats why i have that feeling? The food was great. Came fast. Everything was perfect except the service.

Often a long wait. Variety of doughnuts and especially timbits are lacking if not completely sold out. Apparently this often happens when there is a hockey game that night, but shouldn't management be anticipating this rush and adapting to merit the influx in need? Price differential between the typical caffeinated beverages and the non-caffeinated (or decaf) products is ludacris but I believe that to be a corporate issue and not this individual establishment therefore that did not factor into my rating.

All of Tims have dirty tables....usually all of the time. We need to ask for then to be cleaned. Not the first time we had to ask.

Not impressed by what I seen today. I just watched the manager of this facility use a dirty rag to wipe the counter down, then continued to prepare donuts without switching her dirty gloves.
