The night staff is really rude and unprofessional they don’t know how to behave with the customers. At the night around 12 am I asked for a bagel double toasted and they just burn it I have picture of the bagel and I am attaching it and instead of apologizing she was just laughing and then these girls say people are racist if you are getting pay then do the work accordingly you are not working for free.

No body was wearing hair net when i asked they said we don’t wear here hair net its not choice its part of food safety please google what are the side effects of eating hair . Managers should be making it mandatory as soon as possible and answer this review also . Thank-you hard working people making food but i have to leave this review

The quality at Tim Hortons has dropped off a cliff in the last few years. It’s always a gamble as to whether the food will be fresh. They’ll make your order wrong and refuse to fix it. And the staff at this particular location are so rude. I always say “hi” and “thank you” and get NOTHING in return. Just a rude “what do you want” and then the total.

One of worst Tim’s in Guelph. Almost never get my order right. Last time they simply forgot the meat from the sandwich, received only bun and lettuce. I use this location rarely, mostly ordering black coffee, they haven’t messed it up yet.

The hot coffee I got was a bit cold. The coffee and the stuff were just ok. Nothing impressive.
