Best Tim I have ever visited! The place is always super clean, the service is quick, and the staff is so friendly. Special thanks to Harpreet – the best supervisor and team leader! You can really see the difference in how well everything is managed.

I ordered a hazelnut latte iced. It was smelling terrible as I think the cream was spoiled. I had also ordered a maple dip donut which turned out to be stale not fresh as Tim Hortons Guarantees hard like a rock. Harpreet the worker here has a terrible attitude. When I asked for the receipt she gave me an attitude saying that she was using it for the order. Good customer service would offer to print a temporary receipt. Especially when I brought the drink smelling to her attention she passed me off saying that it was brown sugar. I insisted that it was not the smell of brown sugar and requested she remake the drink. She did it very grudgingly and slapped my receipt down on the counter when she was done. This employee is way out of line as I also saw her yelling at another customer at the drive through window. This location does not live up to the standards of a true Canadian time hortons. I would not recommend coming to this location until the franchisee has fixed his outstanding issues with staff, service and quality of food.

My review that I posted months ago has disappeared. And with many emails back and forth from their so called Customer Care they eventually stopped responding. I got a boston cream donut that had a hair in the cream. Utterly disgusting with not one response from the owner or management. Stop wasting your money at this location. The staff were good the day I was there.nnMarch 26/25nWhy are you asking me to contact customer care? I did that already at least half a dozen times with no response from this Tim Hortons. Please do not mislead people into thinking you actually care when you don't.
