Williams Fresh Café

Smacks of management issues. Food and prices are fair in quality but service always seems aloof; like they'd rather be doing something else. Of course they would, but there's little enthusiasm for service, they seem constantly stressed out, and it doesn't seem like personal issues.

Great customer service. I left my wallet in the store and received a message from one of the staff telling me that it was placed in the back office once I realized it was missing. I went in the next day and the staff not only found my wallet, however since the process took some time, I was offered a complimentary drink as well. Very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly. I came back after a year. The place looked nice. I had a rice box with chicken and a coffee to drink. It came out fast, considering it was busy. My friend ordered a salad and a soup. We liked the service. Place was clean and staff was organized. There was a person infront of us who was complaining to the staff or a manager. We thought the staff or a manager did a good job in diffusing the problem. We were impressed. But then we heard the same person talk to her friend, as they were sitting beside us in next booth, how they scammed and got a free stuff from the manager. It is so shameful that people can drop to this level, making a good business look bad. I gave this place 5 star because we were happy with everything. We recommend this place. We will come back. Good job Williams!

It took about half an hour for us to get our food, messed up order, and some of the food was cold. The staff also was not too apologetic. The food still tasted really good, and have excellent coffee / hot beverages.

Very pleasant place with friendly atmosphere, nice staff and humongous food portions :)
