Was a fantastic experience. Room was very clean with all kitchen supplies and toiletries needed for stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was very clean and lots of clean pool towels. I was extremely happy to stay there and will definitely co e back next year. Thank you to Heidi and all the staff. Great job!!!

I was in a queen studio for just one night. Clean, and good value, for being across the street from the lake. Looks like a nice pool, suitable for length swimming, but the weather was too chilly for me. Staff was pleasant. I was able to complete the check-in process on arrival at noon, leave my car and pick up the room key later in the afternoon.

location is great but the motel is very old. They need to clean the second floor walk way. Was very dirty and the glass rail / walkway is so dirty on both sides. This really needs to be cleaned. Outside chairs also need to be replaced, most of them wouldn't be safe to sit on. We stayed in room 249 which was ok, it seemed clean. It depends on the room you stay in for updates. Some of the rooms looked more updated than other

We have stayed here the past 3 years and absolutely love this place. Great location with fun things to do. I have stayed in the studio, one bedroom and the last 2 visits we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The suites are always immaculate and stocked properly with dishes and utensils thanks to the great house cleaning team Upon arrival, we are greeted warmly by this wonderful woman named Heidi. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very courteous. She does a great job making people feel comfortable and at home. The pool is always clean and kids can play with their toys in it. The laundry room is affordable to use and very clean as well. Beautiful bbq area located beside pool. For an older building, very well maintained and updated. Thanks to Heidi and her great team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Great location across from the beach with older but clean rooms, pool, barbeque area and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again. The air conditioner actually made our 1 bedroom unit TOO COLD even during the heat wave when temps soared to 39 degrees. It was so great to return to our room and enjoy the cool space while on a break from the beach or nearby wineries.

I stayed here for a girls trip this past weekend and we were very disappointed. Our deluxe 3 bedroom suite was accidently given away to another customer. Luckily they had another identical room. The jacuzzi jets didn't work, the laminate flooring was incomplete, and the bathroom tiles were very dirty. The pool was also closed. We enjoyed our time anyways, location was great.

Upon entering I was taken aback by the lack of Reno’s that are needed at this property. The kitchen still looks like the eighties. I don’t know who owns Room 132, but the black in the tiles around the tub was gross. The back of the bathroom door was dirty and you had to touch it to get to the sink. Poor configuration! The bed was lumpy as well. Not even an armchair...had to pull in a lawn chair. Never again and spreading the word.

I am giving our stay 2 stars. A whole bunch of little things were not up to par with our room. First the vertical blinds are horrible. Our living room blinds were missing 2 slats and other slats were twisted out of alignment resulting in no privacy in our ground level suite. Also vertical blinds are a horrible choice for the bedroom because they let in too much light. The mattress cover was old and stretched out. It kept coming off the mattress and taking the flat mattress sheet with it. A fitted sheet would be better on the mattress. It was really uncomfortable laying on a wrinkled loose sheet. I was not expecting every little thing to be new but I was expecting everything to be clean. Our room was dirty. I do not blame housekeeping. I blame the owner. Our room was in need of a really good deep cleaning. There was black mold/mildew in the grout and caulking around the bathtub. The bathtub surround needs to be bleached and recaulked. The painted bathroom walls had water stains and need a good wash. The utensils in our kitchenette were exceptionally cheap and sparse to the point of being non-functional. We were paying $200.00 per night. Is it too much ask to have a spatula that does not bend like a yogi? Also an irritant was the choice to not supply paper towels. It is just strange.
