The staff at the Riverside were so sweet. I enjoyed my stay there and it felt like renting a little apartment with a view of the main drag where the ITU Worlds Triathlon bike and run went by. It is very close to everything. The location on the road as opposed to near the pool was quite quiet. The kitchenette was handy for us to make our own food. Air conditioning worked fine as it is really hot in Penticton! I would be a return customer.

If you have a family and your not staying at the riverside. DO IT NOW !!! Great location. Great service. Absolutely incredible atmosphere. Everyone that stays here is super friendly and family like. Great pool and lounging area. Management is extremely knowledgable and always friendly. Rooms are very nice. Layout is perfect. Safe. Quiet at night and great prices. We won't stay anywhere else and neither should you.

It's an older hotel that could use updating. Pool is average size nice older deck around the pool. If you're not staying with children it's perfectly fine but if u got kids the rooms are too small imo. It's across from the beach and some attractions. Staff are great and super friendly. No food available

Great place for your vacation. Staff treat you great, rooms are nice, well priced and comfortable. Close to the lake (within walking distance). Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not a good motel for young children. Property needs maintenance, junction box fell out of the wall when trying to unplug something, doors and cupboards swing open or slam shut due to rooms not being level, no cribs, 100s of ants easily made it inside our unit to find a cracker left behind by my kid.
