This place was fantastic. We had an emergency and could not make it on the first night. We gave them a heads up we couldn’t make it and they canceled the one night at no charge. Very impressed. Location was great I was walking distance to the rink, a casino, the OKanagan lake and beach. And about a 40 mt drive to the ski resort for which we came in the first place. Great stay and super cute pool and hot tub. Great staff, great service
Absolutely enjoyed the stay here. Rooms were a good size and the fridge was decent as well to be able to bring your own things. They had a kids cot available as well which was a big plus. The swimming pool was a good size, and having Denny’s attached is a great bonus as no breakfast available otherwise. It’s a very short walk to the beach, which saves the hassle of finding parking. Would absolutely go back again!
Our stay was fantastic! The team was very friendly, specially Jenn and Lynn. They helped us make arrangements for me to surprise my husband for his birthday. Very accommodating. The rooms were super clean, and the bonus was getting to play in the hockey and Pickleball courts! Thank you for making our stay a great one.
For an overnight stay, Sandman Hotel is perfect for the whole family. The location is ideal, it is a walking distance or a very short drive to the promenade and the restaurants. The service at the reception is efficient and the rooms are clean. There is also an indoor pool and if you are lucky, your room could have a direct access to the pool, as we had when we booked one of our rooms. We booked 2 rooms, the other room is facing a driveway but we are not complaining .
Our place flooded and we had to come to the Sandman to stay cause the drying fans were too much. They welcomed us with open arms and found a deal for us as well. Lynn was awesome at front desk. She went above and beyond to help me out when my crazy child made me forget my room key.
