They charged our credit card for items we didn’t purchase like lotion. My wife called them about the charges and they said that it was just deposit charges and they would be refunded. She called again after that didn’t occur to be told there was a number of charges on the account. To date, they have yet to reverse the charges.nnAfter check out we were bombarded with txt msgs and emails.nnReally no soundproofing. Hotel was noisy with kids jumping around.nnKind of a weird experience. Hard to believe it gets a 4.4 rating. A lot of 5 star reviews for a mediocre hotel
Spacious, clean and comfortable! Easy check-in and checkout process, friendly staff and welcoming grounds, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant, Local Pub & Eatery was also exceptional. It is highly recommended and a great place to stay when travelling!
Really enjoyed our stay at Balcomo. Easy walk/ride to both lakes and many eating establishments. Room met our needs and we had a nice area to sit out with our coffee. All access is gated which was very comforting as we had bikes along.nWill definitely come again
Had a great weekend away here a few months ago. Staff was super helpful. Great spa products in the room. Reusable containers. Cute furniture. A great time
This place was great! Rooms were spotless. Beds/pillows were comfy. Bathroom was big and had a large tube and shower.nWas very impressed. Close to SOEC which is great for sports or concerts.nHighly recommended.
