Rooms are clean and smell free. Beds company. Great location across from the big Peach and the main beach.nFamily run place and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very family oriented with folks there to enjoy the beach. A little noisy at times with all the coming and going of people and the noise of the traffic but at night it is quite enough to get a good sleep. We enjoyed our three nights here.

Reserved thru booking.com and they tried to charge almost triple of the deposit than what was stated online and 3 days before my stay. If I knew I would have cancelled long before. Reservation was made weeks ago, and they never emailed or messaged to inform me that deposit was going to be much more than stated. They haven’t given me any time to consider. Out of nowhere they tried to charge me more. Their claim was because I was staying longer than average. Well, how about a heads up when I first made the reservation? So I would know beforehand and cancel and look for other options! This tells me what I need to know about this business. Can’t trust them. Shady business. Bad customer service. Probably they will write an answer saying “you are staying longer than the average guest so we need to pre authorize your credit card for half the amount of your total stay, just like a regular damage deposit when you stay somewhere long term.” What a joke.

Let's face it, if you want the Hilton in service, decor, etc. You aren't booking this property. This property is for a price conscious and location conscious guest.nnThere were some pros and cons, and the feedback given is in hopes the property can improve as it has tonnes of potential especially with it's 5 star location.nnPros:nLocationnPricenGenerous sized roomsnThe lady that checked us in was fantastic, I am sorry I don't recall her name.nnCons:nCleanliness standards lacking-and no maid service mid stay. Fresh towels ran out quicklynnThe beds in our room were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on.nnVery VERY loud. The AC was stuck on 61 degrees and so we had to have the window open instead and the beach noise was excessive each night until around 2am.

We stayed July 2-5th of 2024 and had no issues. Room was clean and up dated. Best of all were the staff. Seriously all were kind and hospitable beyond!!! They spoke English!!! The staff painted rocks without kid and went above and beyond! Close to the beach and just a great place to stay! We had tons of space and lots of sleeping options! We would definitely recommend! Deiana is amazing!! She deserve so much praise!! This team is luck to have her!! Thanks for being you Dianna!

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. But unfortunately our suite was not so clean and bad odors inside was an unpleasant experience. I hope they take more care of the rooms by some essential renovation.
