Wow where to start,I got a poor condition room.I paid for a top level Lakeview suite.I got a ground level,with view of construction area.Tv.and phone didn't work,and no staff available over easter long weekend.Broken glass by front door,white stains,and smears on all the windows.There are far better hotels to stay in Penticton,for the same or less price than what they charge.Be very warned, definitely not well maintained.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot if you’re wanting to walk, swim and patio-hop. Unfortunately that’s the only positive. This is a $39.99 hotel all day long. Once you park not before 4pm thou because there’s “not a chance for earlier” we were told, you’re greeted with overflowing trash cans and a barrage of black garbage bags outside of guests rooms. The rooms are quite large but we realized there were no towels, wash cloths or hand towels once we got settled. We kindly asked the lobby attendant if we could have a few towels as we assumed the cleaner forgot - no biggie. This request took quite a while as there was a large queue of other guests who also did not have towels. We managed to receive 2 towels for showering. When I checked in later to see if there may be a hand towel that surfaced, I was told there were none in the hotel. The lobby attendant was rude, dismissive and clearly annoyed with me and others staying at the hotel. Upon entering the room, be prepared to be greeted with a pungent chemical smell with the power of at least 53 air fresheners and fluorescent lights that can undoubtedly burn a hole in your soul with their brightness. If you’re not prone to migraines, you will be immediately. A few last areas of note include a tub that doesn’t drain, 4/10 water pressure and pillows as thin as a Finnish pancake.

The location is excellent, just a minute away from the beach.n+friendly staffn+excellent locationnnThe room though…I guess you get what you paid for…n- no noise cancellation, you can definitely hear people coming up the stairs, or whenever someone is taking a shower.n- the cups and glasses, make sure you wash it before using.n- stains on towels are questionable, but I’ll let it pass.n- power outlets on the night stand was not working.

When we got here at around 4:00 the stated check in time. We were then told to come back at 6:00 and that we would receive a text when our room was ready. We received the text at 6:15. We arrived at around 7:00 to our room door open and still being cleaned. We got to our room at around 7:30 and by that time our food had gone bad . The Very nice women at the Desk did give us a bottle of wine for the trouble. When we arrived at our room it was quite clean and tidy, but when we pulled the sheets back there was blood on the sheets and pillowcase. The other bed had yellow stains on it We went to the desk in the morning to ask for new bedding but I would have expected them to be put on the bed for us

In the low season it is $70 for a reason. Ideal walk to the beach but stay elsewhere as there are many other options. Mobile check in only, no tv remote in the room, not clean rooms, NOT BED BUGS but there were bugs in the room, bathroom wasn't clean, no thanks avoid this property! No breakfast, no pool, nothing! Save your time and energy and book elsewhere!
