We tried the location in Richmond Hills too and the drink in this location taste much better than there. I’ve been here twice and the drink were so good, topping were great especially cheese mousse. Wafle was good too, can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu, I’m in this location all the time but always tried Coco, so sad I didn’t know this place sooner.
The first time I came here the cashier gave me the wrong change. I was already in the car when I realized, so it was too late to confront the cashier about it. Make sure you check your receipt and receive the right change. However, the second time I came here the customer service was great I think because the manager was working that day. They were offering their NEW matcha boba milk tea with 20% off! The manager made a mistake and forgot to give me the 20%, but he was quick to fix the problem and was very friendly. The drinks here are good, but quite expensive compared to Chatime or Coco which is near this area. I suggest coming here if you want a speciality drink / something not on a Coco or Chatime menu However, the ambiance and aesthetic are worth visiting. I don’t mind visiting this place every once in a while.
I’ve been here a couple times and both times I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The bubble tea was really tasty with many options to customize sweetness. They offer soy milk as a dairy free milk alternative. This pictured drink is their Matcha bubble tea with soy milk, light ice and no foam. Highly recommend their Boba tofu soy milk. Will be returning and recommending this spot to others. pros: • Great boba • Customization options • Soy milk • Great atmosphere indoors cons: • Not a ton of seating indoors overall rating: 5/5
Ordered 3 drinks from this location and it was very dissapointing, probably the worst location I've visited and tiger sugar is usually very consistent. The lychee tea with QQ is decent, but the QQ is all different sizes and feels like scraps of what's left at the bottom of the container. My go to is the signature, black sugar boba with cream mousse and it was the worst I've ever tasted. The tapioca was overcooked and mushy, and the sugar tasted burnt. The service was good, and the barista was helpful when we were ordering, but the quality of the product was very bad.
Was in today for the first time and I am amazed by how good the cashier Barry was... He was extremly polite, friendly and recommended me drinks as this was mu first time. Amazing interior better than the other boba shops and they do have lots of variety of drinks. 10/10 for customer service and the cashier...
Loved the ambiance. Service was good. Popular choices offered and their signature is to die for. I stopped by with my friend but since then my daughter and I order regular. Taste way better than chattime.Food: 5/5
Best specialty tea house in Aurora! The knowledgeable staff will guide you through the selection of quality hot and cold teas; the black sugar latte I had was delicious. This location offers takeout and has physical distancing guidelines in a friendly and bright environment, be sure to try them out!
Just bought my first drink ever from Tiger Sugar! I was only in there very briefly because it's just a takeout spot and because of the pandemic but the brief service I recieved was very friendly and kind -[BLACK SUGAR CAFE LATTE W/CREAM MOUSSE] $6.95 At first glance this drink is very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes for sure Some would even say it photographs well LOL how unfortunate that I am just not skilled at it Anyways, would definitely come here again!
The BEST bubble tea I have had! The tapioca always tastes fresh. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
Tasty drink, quite pricey but inflation is a big part of it. Nice decor and customer service was excellent!
