The fries were excellent. The two $6,99 burghers freshly made and tasty. An hour later my wife commented that she felt very satisfied. Often fast food does not last. I see some recent negative comments below. I know there are two challenges in retail these days.  Three if you include costs increases It's hard to get staff and the ones that do work are then overworked so less tolerant then they might otherwise be especially if the place is busy. It was quiet when we were there and we talked with the franchise owner. I wish there was a franchise closer to where we live , for sure we would use it regularly. Value? It would be interesting to hear from others but my experience with Wendy's, MacDonalds, Harvey's and A&W is that the 1/4 pound Hero burgher , with all the standard add ons for $6.99 is slightly better value than the others. Having said that, the bill with taxes was $23.28 for two burgers, one small fries and one fountain drink. Interestingly it also has icecream and butter tarts but I don't recall seeing tea or coffee options.  Kid-friendliness: Was fine  Parking: Lots  Wheelchair accessibility: Easy  Dietary restrictions: Because the source their food they can certify it halal and antibiotic free etc. Possibly gluten free also--- not sure

First time here and tried the signature burger.  It was really good.   I always thought they were the same as ny fries and avoided the place but it was nothing like them. So much better.   The employees at this location were super friendly will definitely go backFood: 5/5

Fantastic establishment especially for a chain. Mayooransp? Served us our food, brought it to our table during a very busy lunch rush. He served customers a very professionally, And even though he had an irate person, He was very calm and pleasant and handled himself very well. This was all overheard from a back table. Fantastic service fantastic food and overall great dining experience.

Garbage blowing all over the parking lot with garbage bins wide open and garbage bin doors swinging in the wind and boxes blowing all over the environment.

I have never had a burger I didn’t like until I came to this place. I ordered a smash burger and it was literally a dried out little kids burger. It comes with specific toppings. I didn’t want onions on it and he told me I could pick it off. Such a waste of money and time.

Best service by Adeesha. Definitely recommend everyone to visit and check out this place. Polite staff and very quick with food preparation time. Also, i went on new year’s day and they were still open following their regular time i.e. untill 4 am. This is really helpful as most food joints are closed around this time in Aurora. Will definitely come back again for a bite

Ordered the Haddock salad and fries for delivery. The fries and Haddock were okay, but the salad was poorly made. The lettuce wasn't chopped just laid in the bowl whole with a couple of large slices of tomato and onions sitting on top.The salad was supposed to come with olives and blue cheese but it didn't.

Late night cravings kick in and this is my go to place, open till 4am     the owner is awesome, forgot my phone by accident one time and he stayed past close to make sure I was able to get it. Signature burger is my favourite, toppings always fresh and the sweet potato fries are to die for.

Burgers were burnt and way over cooked .felt like eating charcoal. That's twice in a row . No free coupons no compensation Will not.be returning..too bad used to be the best burgers in town
