Blanc Cake Museum

The grapefruit chiffon cake wasn't anything special. It wasn't sweet at all, but there was a good amount of grapefruit chunks in the cake. The cake was soft and spongy. Probably wouldn't get this one again. The cream cheese yogurt mousse was very yummy! It wasn't overly sweet and I enjoyed the different textures that the biscuits, the mousse, and the crunchy apples had. Would get this one again! Overall, the cakes are very pretty. However, the prices are more on the expensive side and the cakes are small to me. The interior is extremely cute and pretty. The downstairs area has lots of seating and tables, which is great. Right now they have 15% off!

Tried 3 different flavours grape, apple cinnamon and pineapple and they are all super delicious! Not too sweet but each one is PACKED with fruit flavours. Unfortunately the pineapple one didn’t travel well so be extra careful if you are packing it to go. Smelled so good doggo wanted a taste too

This place is pretty and comfortable and nicely decorated! And it’s very spacious with two level seatings. It’s a nice place for friends to gather and chat! The cake they sell there are also very pretty decorated and very pleasant to look at , but the asking price do reflected on this as it’s not cheap. I really do want to like the cake but It doesn’t has any particularly distinct flavor from any of the layer of the cake when I byte into it… just lacks the wow factor from the taste perspective. As example, if I try cakes from Duo, the flavour just jump right into my taste buds but the cake here somehow lacks a distinct flavor and from my opinion, and it need to taste outstanding if it is asking $10 a piece. I am not saying it taste bad, I am saying for this price, I expect more. But that’s just me … again, i only tried two cakes here so my comments here are based on the two pieces of cake I tried here. See my photos for the two kinds I tried : This place has its value, absolutely a good choice if you need a nice place to hang out with your friends and while at it, you want something pretty to munch on and all these together can created a great vibe for friends gathering and to me this is better value from this perspective because there are cost for using the decorated place to hang out and u pay for this also from the cake and drink pricing. But if u just want to buy take out and enjoy a nice piece of dessert later at home, in my opinion, average $10 a piece is abit too much for the quality you get and I can get a better tasting cake with also excellent cake presentation some where else like Duo.

love this place ! It's the best cafe I have ever been to. I love the decoration and the whole environment of the cafe. It's very welcoming and comfortable. And the drinks and cakes are amazing!!! I will definitely go there reguarly in the future.

Very unique, creative cakes located in a super artistic IG friendly space. There’s also some interesting coffee/drink options. All in all, worth a try!!! Also you can take the time to explore the Great Canadians Achievement Mural that is a part of the store.

Nice spot for hanging out with friends. Love the Basque!!! Perfect sweetness for me, strong taste of ume & matcha! I also ordered the Osmanthus Latte which I really like and definitely will order again!

The drinks and dessert are awesome! I was surprised that they can find so many different greens, love the atmosphere they created.

Very good but not the sweetest desserts. All of them have lots of fruit chunks and pieces. The strawberry coconut drink is just jam with a hint of coconut milk. Too expensive but otherwise yummy and great.

Love the ambiance and the decor I've had their Americano a few times and it was really good and rich in flavor. Tried few of their deserts and I like it, it is not very sweet, if you enjoy having alot of sugar, you may find that their deserts are not sweet.
