Churro Factory - Xurro

I used to make the drive out to the Navy pier Location 2+ years ago because of how delicious their treats are. Once they opened up the Aurora location which is WAYY closer to me I was stoked!! Still the same quality as the Chicago location. Fresh treats with a rich taste that will make you come back for more! the prices are super reasonable as well. Keep in mind that this location is basically ran by teenagers and young adults but they still do a great job. Im here for the treats not for the customer service, its a quick stop shop yummy treats Also they are close to the Nike Parking lot so you can always make a quick stop without having to walk through the whole mall!!

I usually don’t write negative reviews, however for today I must. I love coming here but today I was in line along with about 15 other people. I was about to be the fourth customer in line after waiting for about 20 minutes when I hear the employee SHOUT: WE’RE CLOSED! WE’RE CLOSED!! And shut the window. She didn’t even serve the people who were next in line. What you should do is something similar to Starbucks. Have an employee tell customers who are lining up, you won’t be servicing them because it is close to closing time, in lieu of having customers line up and wait for a long time before telling them you’re closed. She was so rude about it.

My husband got churro sandwich, it was messy to eat since the ice cream melts because of the heat of the churros. And he didn't like the ice cream.. I highly recommend the regular churros with filling!

Surprisingly moist and nice cinnamon flavor but slow service if you want the creme fillings

Today I went with my family to buy some churros, when I asked a employee with long eyelashes when I kindly asked her if the churro shop was open, but she answered me in a very rude way. As if I was bothering her. Then I bought some churros and I found a WHOLE eyelash in my churro. Simply disgusting will never come back.
