My elderly mum and I visited here after learning of the new Gong Cha location tonight. The staff were extremely kind and patient with us as having bubble tea was a new experience for her. They helped us learn about the special BOGO deal too which was the cherry on top! Thank you so much to Kevin and other employee sorry I didn’t learn your name! for your brilliant service. My mum really enjoyed the bubble tea and looks forward to visiting again. A truly heart warming 5 star experience!

Flavour of the wintermelon tea was really good just wished they’d chop up the grass jelly a bit more.

Amazing place! Highly recommended! We got our order through TooGoodToGo and the drinks were absolutely amazing, all flavors! The place it super clean and tidy & extremely welcoming. Highly recommended to try it out.

I haven't had Gong Cha before but quality is amazing. Will definitely make a point to only come here from now on. Bubble waffles are best I have had in the area.

They got my online order wrong, a few times, but their tea is of high quality and drinks are never watered-down. Hopefully it was just a hiccup, since they just opened up recently.

Terrible service from the cashier.  Told me I can’t decide how much Ice I get in my drink, when it’s clearly an option on the wall.  It was late and she just didn’t want to make the effort.  I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Got my order wrong, similar to a previous review.  Ordered two teas, one with coffee jelly but got coconut instead, which sadly I hate. Mistakes can happen but the store was literally empty so it wasn't like it was too busy or anything.

They close everything down 30 mins before the actual closing time...could only get something from there during day time. Night time after 5 times of getting there 30-45 mins to closing they tell me 'sorry we closed everything already'

I love this place!! Their bubble tea tastes amazing, such a spacious and nice sitting area, and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend
