Love this gym. Better than any I've ever been to. Great coaching and a great sense of community. My husband and I have been going for 3 years and my mum recently joined the Legends class 55+. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

I love Tidal! My husband and I have been members for a year now, and the strong community, excellent coaching, and challenging programming keep me coming back.

Really good people and the community makes it special.  The coaches are excellent and will provide a very challenging, and safe workout for everyone.  Check your ego at the door - just good people trying to get fit and support each other here!
