I had such a great time at New Frontier Fitness with my colleagues. The workout was a lot of fun, and encouraged me to push myself just a little bit further. Will definitely come back again.
This place is great for group kickboxing/boxing/caveman training or private coaching sessions. It’s bright, with great equipment in a old brick building with a fresh look! Jason the owner is a great guy and also qualified as a former kickboxing champion! 5+stars for this guy! #kickboxing #boxing #gym #groupworkout

Excellent gym! Very clean and friendly environment. If you are looking for fight inspired training, they are the best. Very authentic and owners have real experience. Highly recommend.
Cant say enough good things about this place. Jason and Kiian have been nothing but supportive and motivating. Each class is something new and unique and the workouts are killer. Highly recommend
Julie is amazing, the best fitness class I've ever been to. She gives personal attention to every person in her class and will motivate you to work harder and better. The gym is also a very welcoming space with amazing people. Check them out, you won't regret it.
Julie's weight-training classes are a great addition to the NFF lineup! Her sessions are fun and very challenging. Julie is a fantastic teacher who clearly breaks down movements to help you get the most out of the activity. Plus, she'll give personal feedback and pointers during the class, but without making you feel "watched."
