OTF is such a great workout. So good for building muscle and cardiovascular fitness. Have lost 10 lbs and my blood pressure has reduced since starting 4 months ago. Worth every penny! Everyone is so friendly and supportive too

I am sooooo energized after doing a session with OTF in Danforth! The team spirit is phenomenal and the music is fab! The instructors know what they are doing and the girls & boys at the front desk always greet you with a smile. Highly recommended!

Been an member for almost a year and I love it! The staff and coaches are truly exceptional and the workouts keep me motivated and feel strong! From the front end staff, management and coaches - everyone is truly dedicated to you having a good experience!

The Danforth studio is a community. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and that the people here actually like each other.  You can tell that the team who works at Danforth want everyone to enjoy not just the workout but being in the space. Kudos team!

Great first experience. i really liked the pace and vibe of the workout session and its what gave me the green light to sign up to get my workouts consistent.  Also, getting that followup call to see how i was feeling the next day really made me feel more at home there with there coaches.  I am looking forward to the next class.

Really enjoyed my fitness experience since joining Orangetheory Fitness! They have exceptional trainers who strive to push you to give as much as you can to your workouts. I always leave very energized and ready to take on my day!

I love the energy, the intensity, the positive feedback and encouragement from the instructors. The dynamic nature of the workout keeps me motivated. The attitude and environment of the other orange theory members is contagious. The music is great. The vibe is excellent! I love it and will be back :

I've been a member here for a couple of years. Workouts are very effective and always different so you never get bored. Coaches and staff are also wonderful.
