Friendly staff. Friendly people. Good variety of equipment. Really nice atmosphere. Is a down to earth old school work out place.

Don't need to drive, right on subway. Everything I need in a gym. Found the staff very knowledgeable and approachable. Clean and well organized. Couldn't have chosen a better gym!

Loved this gym. Friendly atmosphere, clean and modern with a common sense dress code. Terrific hours, always felt safe and never felt pressurized by staff.

Riverdale Fitness is a great neighbourhood gym, it checks all the boxes; great staff Shelley is awesome!, clean, well priced, equipment is well maintained, and it's safe and non-judgemental. I love this place!

Decent old school gym, machines need updating though.

Fantastic gym! This place impressed me from day one when I first tried it out. No sales pressure, just great friendly people. I never have trouble getting a machine and it's so nice to be a part of a local gym.

For those from out of town, Riverdale charges $12 drop-in fee or $90 for 10 visits. This is significantly better than Goodlife Fitness' $32 drop-in fee on the same street. Glad I found this gym by accident while jogging. As for the gum - clean, organized and it has all the equipment one would ever need. Highly recommend

I have been a member at Riverdale Fitness for over 10 years. Its a great gym. All the staff are incredible and the manager Shelley is the best. It is such a relaxed atmosphere. No waiting for machines. Everyone knows you. For the price it can't be beat!! Check it out.
