9Round is a 30-Min full body kickboxing workout, that includes cardio and resistance training. The workouts change every day so you'll never get bored. Because we're circuit-based, there is no class time; you're always on time! 9round is by far the best gym experience I have ever had. The trainers are amazing not to mention funny , the music is loud and energetic, and the 30 minute workout is effective and challenging. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
Amazing group of trainers with a positive, supportive vibe. They love what they do. Seriously the people there are normal humans that just want a glass of wine or pizza at the end of a hard day too. Format is the same 3mins at each round, but the workouts switch up every day. Love that I don't have to be there at a specific hour to enjoy it. I am seriously not a fitness person, but really enjoyed the full body workout each day gave me. Hugo and his team are amazing!
9Round is the best gym at the beach! The workouts are short yet intense and energizing. The 9Round methodology of resistance training is by far more effective than traditional gyms and the results are apparent very quickly. More importantly, Hugo and his team of trainers are great! They work with you at every station on improving the technique and motivating. That makes a big difference to the quality of the workout. So glad I decided to try it out.
I love this gym! I was a bit intimidated after not exercising for a couple of years, but the instructors are patient and fun and I always leave my session full of energy and in a great mood.
It is the perfect way to exercise and the results are amazing. I feel the most fit that I ever have. All you have to do is get there and once you are there the exercises are laid out for you in 9 stations with 3 minutes at each station and 30 seconds in between. It is 30 minutes and is over before you know it. The stations change each day, so you never get bored and it is always a great workout. The trainers explain each station to you as you move through and then help you get it right. It is mental as well as physical as you try to remember the various combos. One station is always freestyle where one of the trainers goes through a series of combos with you. By the end of 30 minutes you have had an amazing work out and feel great. My arms have never looked so good! I forgot to mention that there are no class times - you just show up when you are ready to work out. Thank you 9Round for making working out so easy. I will never join a regular gym again!
Daily changing workouts, coaching from personal trainers, and easy to fit the workout into your schedule. It's also extremely fun! Would definitely recommend 9round to anyone who is interested in boxing, getting in fighting shape, or is bored of the traditional gym atmosphere.
I usually HATE going to the gym but 9round isn't your average gym. You get a solid, 30 minute work out and you don't really have to think about anything except pushing yourself. The trainers here are absolutely wonderful! They keep you motivated and make the workout fun and its over before you know it. You can be any age, size or ability level and they will take care of you. I even got my 58 year old mother to join and she loves it too! I have nothing but positive experiences here :
