Service was decent but food delivery was sub-par. Sat down at 8:30 pm...still waiting for our entrées at the 10:05 pm. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to drink for ever until food arrives. Not sure what gives. Asked for the manager. Waited at least 10 minutes....the manager will be up in 5 minutes...brutal. 10:17 still waiting for our food! Still waiting... Dominos anyone? So it got worse, as my sister was leaving the washroom a staff member referred to our table as the, "the s@#t show table." We spoke with the manager and he was truly dumbfounded and let us have our say. He said he would rectify it. This morning the hotel had comped our meal and brunch. That was a satisfactory resolution hence the 3 stars. It could've been great experience from the start but unfortunately it wasn't.

We had the 3 course meal that went with our accommodation and I have never felt so sick in my life. They served me with lobster tail that smelt entirely of ammonia which means the lobster is spoiled. After reporting this and having my entire table agree it smelt terrible, the chef and staff said they did not smell it. They served me another tail which I gave back again because it smelt even worse and left it at that. I don’t think I can explain how disgusting this tasted let alone the staff pretending like the lobster is completely fine. Nothing was done about it, and I left paying full price for a meal I didn’t touch. Our server was very very kind and sweet but the situation should have been dealt with differently as a well known restaurant in Niagara on the Lake. Very disappointing and never again.

Our waitress went above and beyond throughout our whole meal. There was an event the evening my party had dinner here. Even though at times it seemed like the staff was stretched thin they still maintained a professional demeanor and were very attentive. The food itself was superb, we had apetizers all the way through desert and not a single complaint from anyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Niagara on the Lake area.

feels a little underrated by comparison to some of the other area restaurants. Went on a friday night in January and it felt like we had the place to ourselves - nice decor, friendly staff and the tables by the windows are warm by virtue of infrared heaters that they've installed

Service was incredible. Best we have ever been to. Really nice waiters and always trying to provide the best experience ever . Food was not good though. We ordered the octopus salad, the tuna and the lobster risotto. Risotto was amazing. Lots of flavours, one of the best we have tried. However, lobster was totally overcooked and parts of the shell were in the plate. Tuna was a disaster! Overcooked again! Absolutely tasteless. It was supposed to have some Lime kick which we did not find. Served on top of two crushed flavourless potatoes - not the best presentation. And ... Octopus was overcooked as well. This restaurant might need to get some help on cooking seafood! Too expensive for the product offered. unfortunately do not recommend.
