The Irish Harp Pub

A very lively and poplar pub in town, the food is good, staff is friendly and atmosphere amazing.nnMost of the good restaurants in town are high end, this place is homely and reasonably priced. The Irish experience is a delicious way to try a few things on the menu and won’t put a big dent in your wallet.nnThe salad was very fresh and I can taste the sweetness in the various vegetables.nnI ordered a beer before seeing the beer cocktails which all sound interesting and would definitely try them next visit.nnIf you’re in town, make sure to drop by but be warned as it gets crowded fast!

Picturesque Niagara-On-The-Lake is the setting for this authentic feeling Irish pub. It’s cozy, it’s loud, it’s comforting and the vibe is pleasant and comfortable. Our server really knew the menu and was present every time we interacted. We were seated quickly on the entry, quiet side, and had drinks in our hands before 5 minutes passed. As our drinks were delivered our food orders were taken, our server answered all of our questions, as we ordered our Dublin Steak and Guinness Pies. Before I was half way through my first pint, here comes our pie!nRich Guinness gravy, overflowing with the most tender steak, the most delicious mushrooms topped with the fluffiest puff pastry lid. Served with vegetables and champ, I was really delighted to find out so much better than my expectation.nDo yourself a favor, put a couple hours aside and go partake of the warm, delicious company of the awesome staff at the Irish Harp.

had a passable but not really note-worthy experience. the food was of the quality you'd expect from a sports bar or mid-tier pub ... maybe slightly better by those standards but still not incredible by any means. i'm genuinely quite astonished that this has a 4.6 - i wouldn't rate it higher than a 3.5 under any circumstances. if you must dine here though, i recommend the french onion soup and the prime rib sandwich both pictured ... they were both decently good !!

We visit NOTL about once a year and that visit always includes a meal at the Irish Harp. The food is delicious, the welcome is warm, and the service is friendly. We started with a G & T with Glendalough Gin for me and a Bushmill's Whiskey flight for my husband. We shared the potato farl starter which was excellent. It has ruined us for regular loaded potato skins. My husband went for a classic burger and I had the salmon which was scrumptious. My husband finished up with an Irish coffee. It was 10/10 all round. Thank you again, everyone at the Irish Harp, for your great service and wonderful food. We'll be back!

We had a great light dinner at the improvised patio with our pups. Food was delicious, we had reuben sandwich and chicken, very tasty. They have a dog's menu as well and our puppies enjoyed the last lick.
