Story

In 1985 our founder, Angelo Christou, opened Sunset Grill's doors for the first time in the Beaches area of Toronto, Ontario. Armed with the basic info that Fresh is Tastiest™, Sunset Grill quickly developed long lineups of loyal customers. With huge popularity and consistent service, it quickly became the place to be for the best breakfast in town.

It is said that when something works, don’t change it. After more than 30 years in business, we realize that while the world around us has evolved, our concept and methods have not changed. After all, good food, fast service and a pleasant experience is what a successful restaurant is all about.

Our food and preparation methods are 5 star inspired and quality is never sacrificed. All our menu items are cooked fresh to order using healthy methods: flat top grills, pat dry bacon and nothing is ever deep fried. With choices such as our famous bacon and 3 eggs for breakfast or our flagship Sunset Burgers for lunch, we invite you try our restaurants for an experience you can count on!

If you're looking for a good quality diner experience, you'll be happy at Sunset Grill. It's a busy place on a weekend morning, but we didn't have to wait for a table or for our food. The menu has lots to offer, including vegetarian and "light" items. The food arrived quickly and was hot and good. Prices are reasonable, and the servers and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu is pretty standard breakfast and lunch fare, but it's done well. No surprises here!

I recently took my partner here. This Sunset Grill is surrounded by a lot of high-class, high-priced restaurants. If you're looking for a bargain deal in Niagara-on-the-Lake, go here. Sunset Grill has consistently delivered above average food at somewhat fair pricing. There is no need to overpay for sub-standard stuff when there's a Sunset Grill around the corner. Big props!

When I see a menu, I like the signature/favourite dishes to be clearly indicated. Those are the only dishes I consider ordering. The Sunset Grill has that so it’s easy to choose a great meal. A little pricier for breakfast but it’s good. Great variety, even for the signature dishes and satisfying to the taste buds.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible service. My friend and I went in there, they gave us the menu and then completely ignored us. We sat there for 30 mins without getting a food order or even offered water. They served a table that came in much later than us and the staff were just completely ignorant. Worst service I have ever gotten. If we didn’t get up and leave I wonder how long it would have taken for them to come and see us. I’m a local and very very disappointed with the service. I will never be coming back. Hope you improve in the future

Fast service. Clean tables. Friendly staff. All day bfasts have 3 eggs though and u can't do 2.
