Good halal food, generous quantity. They have great lunch deals available. You can adjust spice level while placing order in person or over phone.  They actually serve good portion of meat, not flour coated tiny meat pieces dipped into sauce like some other hakka restaurants. Their food is not too salty either, just well balanced.  Customer service is satisfactory. Dine in open upon proof of vaccination.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE food. Me and my wife recently moved to Oshawa and it’s our first time we ordered something in this location. Waited for so long for such a disgusting food. We ordered chicken Hakka noodles and chicken friend rice. As I said, both dishes were requested with Chicken. But, I couldn’t believe there were hardly any chicken in that. Both items were just so bad that we ate just little bit just because we were super hungry and waited for so long. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.It’s just disgusting. What a horrible sad experience.

Nice restaurant, the service was great. We had Zen special with tiger prawns it was excellent. The Thai Green Curry had tooo much broccoli for my liking and the gravy was very liquid.

We LOVE the Zen. I called ahead to ask if they can make chili chicken gluten free- they did it for my chicken and my fried rice too. I was wondering how it would taste but it was fantastic! As with any GF substitute, it didn't get quite as crispy but they did an amazing job making it taste the same and it had a nice coating. I only thought to take a pic after I'd eaten half of it...lol Best wheat-free meal I've had in a long time! More exclamation marks!!!

Delicious Hakka food. Lots of great options.  Everyone keeps recommending the Zen Special Chicken. I thought it was good, but only if you like a bit of sweetness.  Hakka Spicy Noodles and Chilli Potatoes were my favorites. Veg Manchurian was pretty good too.  Do not get the fried wings. There’s no flavor or salt. Just fried battered wings.

Disappointing food and service!! I ordered Shrimp  in Lobster sauce. Sadly they made the lobster sauce with chicken  . I was shocked when I confirmed chicken was in my sauce. The server,  who was VERY argumentative,  told me that's how its made. I was in disbelief!  I had to ask her repeatedly to take the meal away,  because I  don't eat chicken, for health reasons. I will NEVER eat there again.  Also the last time I ordered from them the food was soooo salty we had to take it back. Although I like to support local business, they've lost my business forever!!!

It’s a quite small space, however, wasn’t busy at all when we went there. Staff was extremely friendly and the food was great. Their Zen special chicken was really good. We ended up ordering it twice. Their menu offer both Thai and hakka and it’s halal. We went there in group of 8 and had a good quality time as a family.

I literally just had their Thai basil chicken and let me tell you. This is not Thai food. It was literally tasteless. The only thing that was decent was the spring roll, but even President's Choice can't screw that up. Very disappointed.

Food was good but the price were wrong. What I meant to say is our bill was supposed to be $70 includes other charges, but we got $80 bill which includes tax and service charge. Their prices were different than the menu. On top of that, Even though we were waiting so long for our food, we were charged 12% of the service charge. What type of service did I get, I have no clue. I will never go back to that restaurant. Rip off!!! I don’t mind paying for food but fix your menu prices 1st..

Was awesome in the past . Last few times pakoras were terrible. Had from Uber eats and they showed up soggy and cold.   I threw them away. Soup was okay when reheated.
