I don't often write bad reviews but I have to in this case. Place is expensive. Delivery took well over an hour and the guy told me I was his first of 4 stops. Chicken balls were super greasy but also dry and hard as rocks. General Tso Chicken had no flavor and looked like mush. Limp and greasy Egg rolls I didn't even order but was charged for. Rice was dry and crusty. Everything was cold. I assume it was made when I called and sat for almost an hour before delivery. I will never order from here again. Complete waste of money. I threw it all out. See photos. Ugh.
We love this place. Good classic canadian Chinese food : this place is delicious. Quick and cheap, great value, great portions. Other Chinese restaurants in the area charges too much for less food.
some of the worst chinese food i’ve ever eaten in my entire life. noodles uncooked, asked for beef and got a mystery meat, dishes had no flavour. you’ve been warned of this establishment.
I ordered the chili chicken and while it was spicy, the flavor was off and there was altogether too much garlic. We hadn't ordered from there in years, despite it being a stone's throw from our house. Now I remember why. I wish I had more thumbs, because they'd all be down.
NEVER AGAIN Egg rolls soggy Rice was hard and clumped together my husbands chicken was soggy breading he literally had one bite we are still sitting here starving and can’t eat this it’s literally not edible the chicken balls were the only thing kinda decent but they didn’t look fresh atall called to tell the person working and they were very rude : never been so disappointed in a restaurant
I give this place a five out of five all the way.I have tried a lot of different dishes from here love them all but the Cantonese chow mein Has been a staple in our house for a couple of months now we eat it proximately twice a week and we’re not sick of it at all we still love it!! But I have to say it likely has the most freshest produce I have ever had from a restaurant.The customer service is great the order time is great the cooks chefs also great and the food is great! I will be eating here for a long time.
My family ordered tonight for the first time and the food was amazing! Friendly staff, reasonable prices, amazing flavour, and large portions! Definitely another hidden gem in Brooklin!! We are already looking forward to our next order and supporting a local business.
Cecil has been here for years. I particularly like the szchuen plump noodles, Cantonese fried noodles and their garlic broccoli stir fry. This is one of my go to for Asian comfort food withing the Whitby. Ambience is not there as it is only for take out. Give them a try.

This was by far the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten or tried to eat. First and only time ordering based on reviews and recommendation from a friend. We spent over $100.00 for food that arrived lukewarm at best but was over cooked as well. The bbq pork dish was dried out and tasteless. The chicken balls were over cooked and dried out. None of the noodle or chow me in dishes we ordered tasted very good. The General Tao chicken and egg rolls were good. We were so disappointed as it was a special occasion
