The Burger's Priest

I ain't the type to usually review a place, but I believe this branch of Burger's Priest deserves it. Honestly a refreshing fast food experience in comparison to other fast food restaurants. If you are in the general area of Mississauga, I recommend you go out of your way to get food here. Burger Priest takes into consideration the different factors that make a burger taste so nice, they freshly prepared patty with the buttered bun just hits you perfectly. In addition, I believe the staff members provide the highest degree of care and help, the manager Ben goes out of his way to help the customers feel like their one of the family. I believe he solidified my experience making me want to visit this place in the future again.

Man, they don’t have any vegetarian options. My boyfriend got a “gourmet” burger here and said it wasn’t anything special. He said that it was okay but that there’s a lot of better burger joints in the area for the money. The place looks cool from the outside and it’s a pretty new place in Port Credit so I was excited to try something but they didn’t have anything.

Placed an order through Skip the Dishes with this location and had a problem where I was missing a cheeseburger in my order upon delivery which is the responsibility of the restaurant. Called the restaurant back just to tell them the situation and what had happened and how we were missing an item. Burger Priest understood our situation and the manager Benjamin was amazing help and ensured that we ended up getting our missing cheeseburger. I have never had such amazing customer service and I am very happy that I dealt with a great manager who valued us as customers. 10/10

Good place for burgers but the sandwiches are pretty small.. the fries and chilli beef are quite average though. Yet the staff are very nice and helpful and the menu is clear and has a good and reasonable variety... it was not too pricey as well.... there is free parking close by.

*** Cost Cutting Alert*** i understand the new minimum wage law.. But you don't have to take it out on your customers. Smaller bun (no egg buns / yellow color). Replaced with no frills crumbling white bun's you buy in a pack of 8 for $1.99 at your low cost groceries. What is wrong with you??? You are trying to sell a Gourmet burger!!! I hate when companies think consumer is an idiot and will not notice. News flash!! You are the idiot that you lost a repeat customer. LAST time ar Burger Priest!!
