So far the best meal Ive had all year! Food was so delicious, an exposion of taste in every bite. Service was friendly and prompt. This small cuisine of asian flavors had lots of menu choices. Pinapple fried rice is a must have! I highly recommend dine in or take out!
We had a delicious dinner at the Tropical Island. We ordered Lemongrass Chicken, Stir Fried Beef with garlic sauce and Singapore Curry Noodles. The staff was very courteous and service was good.
Small and neat restaurant with few tables. Furniture reminds anyone an authentic countryside resto. Ambiance is good. Ample parking. Service is good. Food is must try, quality is good for the price. Spice level was customized as per our needs

So many gluten-free options, it made my celiac heart very happy! It’s been so long since i’ve had asian food like this! Server was very friendly and prices were reasonable.
The BEST South East Asian cuisine in the town and the Pha Thai is my favorite. We had a very good dining experience in this little gem. I'm very pleased with the quality of food and the amazing services. The staff and the owner are very friendly and approachable. Many thanks for the delicious food and wonderful service, we can't wait to visit the Tropical Island restaurant again next week. .
Absolutely delicious!!! The coconut fried rice and Tom Yum soup are to die for, very friendly and welcoming staff, and large portions. Everything is super fresh and they are very accommodating to food allergies as everything gluten free is labelled and most things can be made gluten free upon request. Would highly recommend.
Honestly the best food I've had in my 4+ years living in Victoria. I've gotten so many different things from here and loved everything from the chicken, seafood, and vegetarian options. I mostly get takeout/delivery but every time I've gone in, everyone has been super nice. Price is a bit on the mid-high side with most dishes being ~$19 but the portions are fair and the quality is always good. Favourites: Pineapple Fried Rice, Ha Moon Bee Hoon, Chicken Satay, Avocado Fruit Shake
First time ordering takeout from this restaurant, and we loved it! The roti was incredible, though in my view for the price point it could be like 50% larger. The pad Thai was just wonderful, as was the fried flat rice noodles with basil sauce. We'll definitely be visiting again.
