The Swet Haus is an indoor cycling studio, featuring a nightclub feel with a professional sound system, chest-thumping motivating music, and accompanying Las Vegas style light show. We focus on high intensity interval training on top-of-the-line stationary Schwinn bikes, providing a safe and accurate workout unlike anything currently on the market. If it wouldn't happen on the road, it doesn't happen in our classes.
