The value received is far greater than any membership fee. If you're a beginner just starting out or you've been a gym rat your whole life - this is the place to be. I have never left this comfortable to be myself and push myself the way I have here and I've been in and out of fitness for years. Not only are Zack and Jenn knowledgeable, caring and supportive but the members cheer you on. Since my first class I got the "this is where I belong" moment and every visit after reaffirms it. Hands down the best place to reach your fitness goals and create long lasting results.
