loving the 21 day free trial as of yet! will definitely be signing up once this runs out, as the rates are really reasonable and selection of equipment is a dream compared to gyms I've been a member. thank you and keep it up! also super friendly staff! super informative!

BEST GYM in town! I recently moved to Nanaimo and we all know how hard it is to find a new gym where you feel good and as an athlete I needed a place where I could train hard and not be judged! This place feels like HOME, all the members are kind to one an another and this gym has a ton of equipment to choose from. Since ive been here there are constant improvements, they just got NEW TANNING BEDS, Spray tan machine and an Infra red sauna. With a FREE 21-day trial with no commitment ... You just have to try it to find out :)

The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are really friendly and competent. The owner Robert is really nice person. So overall it feel really good to support a local business with amazing people.

I went to look into working out and ask a few questions, very friendly and helpful, offered a 21 day free trial. I have been going for about two weeks now and have decided to sign up. Good equipment, friendly staff. Looking forward to getting healthy. No pressure here to sign contracts or to gain access to my bank account.

Everything you need at a very low cost. Friendly staff, clean facilities Patrons knowledgeable in the Gym etiquette of headphones in means "please leave me alone," Like a few months in and not once have I had to pretend I only speak french to be left alone. 10/10
