Lots of equipment, clean, 24/7 access. Friendly staff who are just administrators: not pushy ever, staffed business hours, but don't expect any fitness, training or equipment advice. Perfect if you're happy being on your own. No showers. Almost never too busy. Compared to other gyms, it's casual, inexpensive and modern. Wish there was one downtown.

Great value, new equipment, friendly staff who are more than happy to help answer your questions. The hydro bed and massage chairs are a nice touch and something I haven’t see in other, more expensive gyms as well as the virtual cycling and virtual trainer. Considering this gym is open 24hrs and has ample equipment for either a $20 or $10 monthly commitment, you really can’t go wrong! No water fountain? Bring a water bottle. 👏

Affordable gym yes but; if you like tripping over rookie weight trainers, over crowded gym floors and very booked tanning booths booked by millenials that just use the free tanning sign up. Then there is the broken equipment that stays broken for weeks, that along with the tanning beds. When my commitment comes up in May I will pay a few extra bucks for a decent facility not over booked for maximum gross profit. Not impressed.

I haven't been enough to give an in depth review but one must make some sacrifices for 10-20$ per month. In many cases no one is ever truly happy with the gym they sign up for....too expensive..too crowded....too noisy.. Class schedule is not always conducive to some people's schedules. Not everyone will be happy. But for the price it works for many people. Lack of showers does not bother me as I never shower at a gym. Lack of trainers I could care less about. Read books or magazines and follow some great Instagram accounts for tips and techniques. The door is my only complaint as it literally never seems to work. Oh but I love the massage chairs.

this is a great facility because of its affordable price , open 24hours a good variety of equipment and a large facility whereby you are never waiting for equipment.Most people bring a water bottle so stop complaining about lack of water fountains. Best value in town. Robert
