I stayed here for a home football game, and I would definitely recommend this place. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. The location is convenient to the core of Pullman. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars downtown, and even walked to Martin Stadium for the game. I also really enjoyed being right next door to a great little coffee shop. I will be staying here again for my next trip to Pullman.

Great attention to detail in our room and extremely clean. Cool new patio for guests, which we made good use of during our stay. The inn keeper was really friendly and helpful in answering my questions, too. This is my new go to inn for Pullman. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and best of all..... the Inn was newly remodeled! They did a fabulous job of renovating this property and I found this an excellent value for the quality of accomodations. I love that Pullman has a hip boutique hotel now. This will be my go to place to stay. Let's spread the word and encourage cool new projects in Pullman!

What a great place to stay if you have kids or grandchildren in college. Clean, nicely renovated and well located. Pullman finally has a charming boutique hotel! The State Inn has a great location next to restaurants and shops. We hope to be back soon :)

Was concerned about staying here due to all the previous negative reviews but we decided to visit my son at WSU and go to the WSU vs Boise State game at the last minute and there were only two motels left with vacancies. I was concerned too because we were not going to arrive until after the office closed. I called and talked to one of the managers and she said we could make arrangements for a late arrival no problem. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find a cute display of Cougar spirit awaiting us. Our room was freshly painted with new flooring and plumbing. The furnishings were painted in a green camouflage that went with the accent wall which went well with the hints of crimson and grey in the room. Our room was quiet which was just what we needed after our 6 hour drive and 6 quarters of football. I had a few interactions with the couple the manages the motel, and every time they were attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
