Since our hotel's near Washington State University, it's easy to tour the campus or visit family while in the area. We had a great 4 night stay! Room was clean and accommodated our family of 5. Pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. Lizette was a wonderful host and took great care of us. Definitely would recommend this hotel. We were in town for events in Moscow, and the location of this hotel on the east side of Pullman made for a very quick and easy commute to our events in Idaho! We enjoyed the evening milk and cookies.
I stay in hotels a lot and this is one of the nicest Hampton Inns that I've stayed in. The decor was cool and unique compared to others I've been in. The room was spacious and the sofa was comfortable. Even the bathroom was well done. There were warm cookies placed out at night, too.
We’ve stayed here twice and have been pretty happy with it. The location is great! We loved Birch and Barley across the street. Also near campus and grocery stores. We stay at Hilton hotels often, and while the remodel looks great, my entire family hates the barn door in the bathroom. No privacy and a shower wakes everyone up. I also can’t remember the last time I ran out of hot water at a hotel, and this was an 11pm shower so not peak times. Last, I waited to give your breakfast a second chance. I’ve seen good reviews on it, but we all found the hot food inedible. I don’t understand how it can be so different from other Hilton breakfast menus. Hopefully the staff is just new and they work out the kinks. Overall though, we will stay here again. I know the barn door thing is corporate pass on our views, and hopefully the breakfast will be better next time. Overall, great hotel!
Had a comfortable stay. Clean hotel.nnBreakfast was very basic and while 3 of the front desk employees weren't rude or anything but they lacked customer service skills.
I stayed for several nights at this hotel while photographing the Palouse. It was an ideal location. The staff were friendly especially the lady that preps the breakfast. She allows early risers like me to grab some items before the official opening time why not? I don’t know why other hotels don’t allow this The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.
