Red Lion Hotel Lewiston

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff.. especially in the restaurant/lounge Great Breakfast choices and food. . Clean and roomy rooms. Ours was newly renovated. Needed to go into town ...they took us and picked us up. Oh . Free Airport shuttle and if needed .. can park and fly. Close to other eating establishments. Loved our stay.

My stay at the Red Lion was remarkable the hosts were very friendly and had my bags brought to my room very promptly. The food at the restaurant next door to the Red Lion Was exquisite. the the prime rib dinner at Meriwether's was too good for words. I had an invigorating sleep it was so restful that I didn't usually have to take a handful of my regular medication and even though I like my medication I like my sleep too so sometimes I'll just sleep and take medication and then wake up and then take more medication.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The services there are always great. They have a free breakfast plenty of parking space and alot of different scenery nearby. They always seem to pick the best locations to drop a hotel. I love red lion there beds are super comfy and you control the a/c.

I have to be honest, I spent three weeks at this hotel. There were some great staff members. But my stay was not one that left me wanting to come back at any time. The A/C in the room barely put out any cold air. I cleaned the air filter, which had over an inch of dirt and dust. The room was supposed to be cleaned three times a week. They would take out the dirty towels and not provide clean towels. Had to beg to get coffee for the room. I became a regular visitor to the main lobby to get my card key activated. I will not be staying at this hotel any time in the distant future.

The location is perfect. The hotel has a wonderful outside swimming pool area that overlooks the city. And the outside bar from the bar that is connected to the building is fantastic! They had live music, the outdoor patio is perfect in the evenings and the food was worth the little extra price. Definitely would stay at this hotel when returning to Lewiston again!
