Courtyard by Marriott Pullman

This is overall good hotel, however things wont make it a 5 Star for me was: location, it’s far from everything especially restaurants. Their bistro have very limited times they are open. The market is open, but limited food. Thank goodness some places deliver food there. Another thing is the heating systems is slow and even if you have it set to warm temperature it starts blowing cold air now and then. Overall good tho, it’s clean and new and super cute.

Hotel just recently opened, so everything looks new and is in great shape. Fitness room was large and well equipped. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of parking. Check in was fast, and staff were very helpful. No free breakfast, but there is a mini Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel. Would stay again!

Room was great. But the thing that puts this hotel over the top is the staff. Restaurant and bar staff was ablsolutely amazing. Great customer service and conversation made my stay unforgettable won’t stay at another hotel in Pullman. Kassie and Allison were great bartenders! Sherry made great food. The porter Jordan was great and very welcoming. Megan and David were awesome 5 stars across the board. I don’t normally post reviews but I couldn’t help reconginizing this staff. Marriott has earned my business with this stay.

This is a brand new hotel that is in excellent condition. The room had more USB ports and outlets than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. The gym has new equipment and the restaurant had good food. I'd definitely stay here again.

Didn't eat at the Bistro, but very impressed with the rooms. Cool design, tons of usb wall chargers, and smart TVs made working from the room a breeze. Sweet showers too!
