Very good food and atmosphere. Very friendly staff and great overall cleanliness. I went here for a concert and its an amazing venue. I wish more Legions would follow in their footsteps and have local bands and music in a cozy and inviting space.
sat on the patio for a good 5 mins, no server showed up. the patio was also empty with 1 table. i ended up ordering my beer by walking inside to the bar. I saw two staffs doing their admin work. i was pretty sure one of the staff saw me sitting in the patio. Reply to owner response: As I mentioned, one of the staff appeared in the patio and talking to customers in another table. At that moment, there were only TWO tables including me in the patio area.
To begin, I rarely give 5 star reviews. I consider 4 stars to be an exceptional restaurant I would return to, so 5 stars is huge in my books. To begin, the atmosphere to fantastic. Darts, pool, basketball, and foosball are all included FREE with your bar stay; very generous of the organization. Next, the food portions are huge for what you pay. Prices are budget friendly and food is very filling and delicious. Got the southwest bbq burger and we all shared nachos which were amazing and filling. The proceeds go to helping veterans and their programs so you can feel confident the food you buy pays for a noble cause. Overall this bar with a charitable goal goes above and beyond. Come here not for a good time, come here for a great time.
Super lovely staff. It was really dead the night I came and they had to close early but it’s a nice bar with a lot of space and I can imagine it would be a total hoot on a busy night.
The girl's where nice and friendly. We stopped by to order take out because of all the amazing reviews. Ordered spaghetti and wings. Honestly the food wasn't that great. My wife said the spaghetti was OK but the wings were horrible. They were burnt, black and so dry. Disappointed because this was supposed to be the place to go when in town.
Excellent beer. Food was simple and reasonably priced.
The staff, food, craft beer selection and place are great. Thank you, Lian for making our visit so special. We recommend this place without a doubt
Foods are really good
There is NO Legion like this in Canada! This is a great legion - lots of space and room for activities! The bar is a great and storied room for live music, the food is hearty and the staff are warm and welcoming! Some great acts from all over the country come through this spot! The menu is simple, but the kitchen does it well!
The food was unreal! We arrived an hour before closing and yet they had excellent service. After a 3 hour drive from Banff I had no idea what to expect. We had the burgers and honestly it was the best pub burger I've had. The price was also really good!
