Dave’s not here man!
No really, Dave’s not here. He opened the restaurant in January 2006 but hasn’t been here since the restraining order of 2007. How’s that for evil?
But seriously, Evil Dave’s Grill is a locally owned restaurant that features our globally inspired menu. Our culinary team, led by Chef Jose Pantoja, create “wicked food”. We use Alberta’s best bison, beef, poultry, and fresh produce.
Our bartenders create unique cocktails and martinis while paying tribute to the classics. We use premium spirits, housemade purées, and fresh citrus fruits.
Our service team are professional and experienced, suggesting drink pairings, answer dietary questions and recommending menu items to satisfy your needs.

The description is quirky but it works. Thai with a mix of Alberta is strange but delicious. We had the salmon which was recommended but the real show stopper was the "holy cow". I'd recommend this place, it's warm, inviting, and a great place to get some delicious local food
I did a takeout but the food quality was amazing. Also based on a few minutes spent at the restaurant, it feels very cozy and has nice interior. This is probably one of top 3 best places in Jasper food wise. Highly recommended!
Nice atmosphere. Appetizers were amazing. Steak price was misquoted, and steak had a lot of fat on it. 1/3 of steaks were fat. Get anything other than steak. Server seemed to be the only one, he did well considering they had a full restaurant the entire evening.
Very good food, good atmosphere. Make sure you make a reservation on open table - it’s very popular : We recommend the cowboy sushi, steak, and coconut cream pie. Very delicious!
We have a hard time finding higher end food in Jasper, so when you give up the fancy and go for great; this is the place. No muss or fuss, just a super red curry bowl and meat loaf. Yeah Evil Dave! Support local during Covid and fun.
This was the best food in Jasper. Order the Holy Cow appetizer!!! It was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I wish I lived in Jasper so I could order it all the time.

Very nice atmosphere with spectacular views to go with very tasty food. Service was extra friendly. We will be back next time we are in Jasper. Highly recommended!
