Trying to exchange a cable today was the worst customer experience we've had in a long time. We did not have a receipt but the store brand product was unopened and, like any store, we thought they would exchange it for the correct cable. They did not and, because the wrong cable was now on sale, we were out 50% of the cost and ended up paying $45 for acable that is $20 at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Staples - even local small computer shops. The WORST part is that the salesperson directly lied to us saying "It turns out it wasn't on sale in the last 30 days so you don't lose anything." Meanwhile, we had already been charged the additional difference. Of course, the fact that it was "policy" came up and this is the laziest, easiest excuse for a store to not be accountable for the products they sell. It is also surpirsing that a technology store lacks the basic ability to look up a receipt in their system. So I've learned to keep receipts - no big deal. What The Source in the mall will hopefully learn is that they are in a unstable middle ground between large box stores that can offer lower prices on literally everything and accept returns and exchanges without a hassle. They are not one of these stores. There are also small local computer shops that may cost a bit more but, certainly, they would not lie directly to your face like the staff member at The Source did. The Source in Orillia has proven to be financially and ethically the wrong decision and, although this is about what should have been a simple, small exchange, it is also a sign that this store (and possibly chain) will not last. Relying on outdated "policy" that benefits only the struggling business and squeezing your customer for more money is unbelievably wrong. So the new cable,even though it's correct, will be returned for the discounted price and we'll get the same cable on Amazon for $20 cheaper, which will still be cheaper overall.

Very pleased with service. Am not that cell phone literate. They took a LOT of time explaining things to me and answering questions. Kudos to Rhonda and Tyler, and thanks again!

A good store if you need a cable or adapter. Can't compete with big box stores for anything else. Have good deals the odd time on entry level tablets and laptop's. Small store so if you need help or questions answered, you're in luck

Went to inquire about a surface product, and no one would help. Not one worker left their computer and no one was in the store. Rude staff, had to pry a hello out of them. Why would I give you 1,400 dollars? I'm going to best buy.
