Just had $6000 in Sonos speakers delivered and they left them in the pouring rain in front of my garage. I have a huge overhang by my front door that everyone else leaves package at. This really sucks because I know they don't care.
The staff are helpful and friendly.nI ordered a new monitor from them. It took 5 days to get here from Brampton.---a 2 hour drive. Plus they don't deliver on weekends. I realize Purulator does the delivery but they pay and engage them. No way to track accurately. No GPS on trucks.nnIts not he people in the Orilla stores fault. That's why they get 3 stars. Otherwise it would be one star. Gotta get that figured out Best Buy!
This deserves a second 1 star review because of how frustrating this experience has been because of Best Buy, I was here on black Friday weekend and wait over 2 hours to get a phone in the smart phone department at this location. After waiting all this time for the worker to finally figure out what to do, I get told I can't get the phone due to them not actually having it in stock for Roger, okay cool that's fine I'll just go somewhere elsennBut what is different about this review and the last was they didn't even have the decency to cancel the plan and phone they were trying to set up! Now I've had to have never ending phone calls with Rogers to try and get them to stop charging me and cancel this phone plan on a phone I never got. Incredibly frustrating to be dealing with this especially because this entire thing started from literally one worker not caring enough to pay attention. Save your self the month long headache and just go to the carrier
I used to love this store and their service , but not sure I’ll recommend to anyone anymore.nJust bought an iPad Pro. Went in to buy a black iPhone 16 pro, the only one they had left in stock, i had banking issues I could not solve right there it was a Sunday evening so I asked them to place it on hold. The next day I showed up banking issues solved only to find out they sold it, said they could only hold it till midnight of the 30th, it was the 30th that day so they lied. They held the product for me for a whole 3 hours, thanks guys you lost a good customer. Ordered from apple and had it delivered in a day, and better price, so thank you I guess.nHorrible service, figure it out
