The Brick

Arrogant, and they do not care the views online (they said in the phone when I phoned them for refunding item, also I was failed). I agree this view: "Once they have your money they couldn't care less. I tried calling Head office only to find out they are franchises so there is no one to complain to. Avoid The Brick in Orillia, I wish I had."

Horrible Experience Ordered 1200 dollar entertainment centre from them delivery came driver broke one of the pieces this is after waiting a month for it. Then 2 days later they come with the piece. The entertainment centre then goes on sale for 850 we go into the brick and kindly explain to them all the trouble we have had they say they can give us 20 dollars back or 20 dollars off on a dryer. We say that we will not be back into the brick and are greeted with ok that was it ok. Be careful before you buy from there because once they have your money you are just a number. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had purchased many items from the Brick in the past from other locations. I went today to purchase 3 sets of mattresses at the Orillia location. I waited for over 30 minutes for assistance. I had already made my selections and just wanted price verification. When I finally was approached by a salesman, I was told I had to leave as they were closing. Looks like this was my last visit to The Brick.

Their service is terrible, I ordered $8,000 worth of products in February for delivery within 2 weeks. Then the stove was backordered, then they delivered a couch that had torn upholstery and the other couch was also backordered. Then when the backordered couch came in 3 weeks later it was the wrong colour and had a broken support piece (support at back of couch was broken in 2). Then the stove didn't come in, backordered again. It's now May 17th and they say they call today to say they are delivering tomorrow between 1 and 4. I told them we can't be here at that time, they say oh well, next time we'll be near you is June 5th!!! Once they have your money they couldn't care less. I tried calling Head office only to find out they are franchises so there is no one to complain to. Avoid The Brick in Orillia, I wish I had.
