The Brick

We bought a new fridge at The Brick in Orillia, and our salesperson helped us in meeting a price within our budget. I regret I can't remember her name. The delivery people were excellent. They actually arrived twenty minutes early, and when does that ever happen! Phil and Mike measured all the doorways, put down protective material as needed, and left no mess at all. They answered all my questions and gave useful advice on how to ensure the fridge was running perfectly within the first 48 hours. What I especially appreciate was that even though it was only the second delivery ever for Mike, Phil treated his workmate with respect, and taught him how to navigate new tasks and situations with patience, calmness, and not in a condescending manner. It was impressive.

We bought a new fridge here last Saturday and had such a great experience! Bhupinder was super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He was no pressure and was even able to price match for us. Delivery was seamless, and we love our new appliance!

From the beginning with the sales rep Lucille, who was knowledgeable, personable, and let us know about the upcoming sales events, to the delivery guys Phil and Cam, who were efficient and helpful. The Brick did not disappoint us and made the purchase for a new fridge great! A big thank you to you all for what you do, you can tell you go above and beyond without pushing product on clients, but instead make it enjoyable - we definitely will be purchasing here again!
