The staff at Tech City Centre are excellent and their service is fantastic. I recently had a hard drive failure and was not sure where to turn but thought I would give them a try. I'm *very* glad I did. Tim gave me a few options to choose from, took the time to call and update me on the progress, and now my computer is faster than ever. I have found my new go-to place for computers.

Took my computer in for a repair. Repair was done and also asked if anything could be done to speed it up. They did this for free...so why the 2 star? Since that time it has run slower than ever, won't connect to certain WiFi areas, this resulted in me having to take my computer somewhere else. Further, when i mentioned this to Jessie, I got an attitude of...what do you want me to do?? Ummmm, not make a problem worse, would be a start. I won't use them again.

I am a short fused person. I appreciate the patience they have. Even after i was a bitthead and got all my issues resolved even though i was suuuuuper butt
