Just went into the Orillia mall store, looking for a remote control for my elderly uncle. Was informed by your punk employee that they stopped making those remotes. Well, The Source had the exact replacement from Bell. The Source had great customer service and offered the store phone number in case I had any problems.

I was misled over the phone and enticed to visit in person, upon my arrival the veil was lifted. They attempted to prove me a liar and said even if the phone conversation actually occurred it was wrong and they would not follow through. Walked over to the source and they helped me without issue, skip this Bell store.

Bad, bad, bad! Warning! This is not Bell but a franchise store. They wanted to charge $30 for picking up a free upgrade phone for my Bell Mobility plan. Well, here comes: walk ten steps to the Source - which is owned by Bell - they know everything, are most friendly and don't charge $30 pickup fee.
