I seldom comment on good service but my experience with The Source in Burlington Mall was exceptional. I dealt with Chris who is a magician when it comes to manoeuvring through the complexities of setting up a Bell Mobility contract and in the end he saved me $10 per month over the best deal I had found online, from a telemarketer and at the nearby Bell corporate store. And while waiting I talked with another store associate, Alison, who accurately explained my best options for Internet phone service. Good product selection and the helpful knowledgeable staff is a winning combination -  highly recommended.

Bought an Apple TV from here on May 2nd and had issues with it so went to return it on May 5th. The manager advised me that THEY DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY APPLE PRODUCTS. Even if there are issues straight out of the box. And because it was bought there Apple cannot do anything either. Absolutely disgusted that The Source has a policy like this. I will never shop here again. Taking my business to Best Buy.
