I went in to upgrade my sons phone and I was so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of this staff. They took time with me, answered my old school questions without making me feel like a dummy, offered products that would help but were not pushy at all. I like this location so much that even though I am closer to another, I choose to do my business here. Great job team!

I recently (December 2) had a hardware issue with my phone and needed a new one. I was told I needed to pay $150 for the iPhone se; however, based on the website advertising it was listed as a free phone. I was also told the monthly plan was $75, when in fact on the website was $65. (I had 4gs of data so the phone qualified). The sales rep. Offered to waive the charge ($150) , if I took the phone insurance. To further add to the experience I needed to pay $59 (plus HST) for administrative charges that the rep couldn't explain ( it was "insurance costs" ? on the insurance plan). The whole experience felt slimy. My wife's phone was upgraded at the stone road (corporate store) and there was no hidden fees or tied selling. Be aware of the difference of the corporate owned stores (stone road) and the independent.

I go to this store all the time for my cell phone needs and questions, even though the Stone Road store is closer. I find the staff here to be competent, dedicated, thorough and good at customer service. I never get that kind of service at the Stone Road store which is why I come here.

Crappy Private Seller of Bell, They charge you an in-store $20 hardware and health check up fee if you get a new/upgrade to a new phone, the male sales rep there was rude, straight to the point & offered no assistance & showed no interest in helping us with our Interest and questions. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Bell located within Stone Road Mall, much friendlier and no extra fees.
