Jump Plus - Apple Premium Reseller

I was initially hesitant to leave my macbook for diagnostics, Tyler did a wonderful job assuring me that the technicians will fix it asap. And they did! The techs did the diagnostics and the repair within 6 days. I picked it up from Erika who was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend using their services. Good work and nice people.

I would suggest that Apple remove Jump Plus as one of their repair servicing locations. My computer would not turn on so I brought it to their store, waited for 15 minutes for a random employee to tell me that I had to book an appointment in order to get it serviced. Instead of offering to book it for me there while I was in the store, I was told to go home and search it online and that they were all booked up for the day. After going home and searching, I found that they had an opening THAT SAME DAY. Went to my appointment only to find out that a diagnostics would take 3 to 5 business days and that the technician doesn't even live in Guelph. I took my laptop to iConnect instead and they did a diagnostics on the spot and had the part replaced in 2 days. A friend of mine took their broken laptop in a week ago and called today only to find out that they had not even looked at it yet but that they would do so today. In a town with university students that need their laptops on a daily basis, this kind of service is unacceptable.

Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to help fix my iPad! Tyler was extremely helpful and within 15 minutes I was out of the store with a working device. Thank you very much I will definitely recommend the store to everyone in need of new hardware or service!

I was having intermittent issues with my iPhone when callers were on speaker. After spending an hour chatting with Apple, they decided I needed to bring it in. I booked with Jump+ because they had more available appointments. My mistake. I drove 45 minutes to the store, waited two hours, and drove 45 minutes home to be told they made many lengthy phone calls and couldn’t replicate the problem. I got home and checked my call log. They made ONE 41 second phone call. What a waste of a day off.

Thankyou Jump Plus for excellent service during my recent visit to fix my Apple TV. Cassidy listened to my concerns and was very helpful! She took the time to listen to what I was experiencing to ensure the technicians could fix the problem. I had to come for a second visit and she remembered me. As for Jump Plus, there was a quick turn around to get the problem solved. Now I can enjoy all of the great features with my Apple TV!!
